We know that a positive experience in the first years of a child's education are critical to establish a love of learning and future success as a student. Our Kindergarten Program provides small classes in a nurturing environment to foster the development of the whole child and support inquiry and exploration.

The child-driven, inquiry-based program meets and exceeds Ontario Curriculum standards, incorporating both play-based learning and academic development (literacy, phonics, math, and fine-motor skills). Science and the Arts are taught through thematic units and regular field-trips, giving students an opportunity to learn in an enriched environment. Visual Arts, Music, Drama and Dance celebrate the innate imagination of children and foster the growth of the creative mind. Physical education and healthy, active living round out our program.

Developing strength of character is at the core of our program. We focus on fostering Self-Esteem and Self-Respect, because we understand that these traits are at the very heart of good character and set the stage for a lifetime of confidence, kindness and empathy.
